Nephrology
UniPath offers a sophisticated renal pathology program serving the needs of nephrologists and supporting many hospitals and kidney transplant centers. Our Department of Nephropathology includes experienced pathologists with fellowship and/or other advanced subspecialty training and experience in renal pathology. We also have access to a state-of-the-art ultrastructural laboratory, equipped with two electron scanning microscopes and operated under the direction of a nationally recognized ultrastructural studies specialist.
We offer 24-48 hour turnaround service in most cases with informative synoptic diagnostic reports that include photomicrographs and a synopsis of all the studies, including electron and light microscopy, and immunofluorescence.
